this style house is officially known as a "Village Colonial" and is the typical style house found across much of America in small towns, similarly styled with slight variations; a basic house for working-class people; no frills but cozy & comfortable. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood has remained the same for the past 80 years or so .... many of the houses are owned and occupied by the 3rd generation of the original owners ... as is my case. A diverse mixture of people .. racially, ethnically, age-wise, occupation ... there are couples with young children, singles of all ages, retirees ... professionals, small business owners, white-collar and blue collar workers ... everyone takes pride and interest in the neighborhood and we all look out for each other.
