Application will check credit score, credit history, background including criminal and eviction history. There is a $350 Administrative fee due at lease signing. Proof of utilities, renters insurance, and vet records for approved pets, is required before move in. $500 non refundable pet fee per approved pet. All pet fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO SMOKING IN UNIT.
