Everyone that has lived here has been very happy. It is perfect for a couple or a single. Maybe a very small family with one child. The photos show the house furnished. It will not be. Past tenants loved this 2 bed one bath. Fruit trees in the yard. We've got mango, myer lemon, figs, grapes, herbs, etc. Nestled with mountains on 3 sides. Owner pays water. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. There is no smoking in the house. The lease is one year. After that year it goes to a month to month. If tenant decides to use the jacuzzi it is their responsibility to clean it and maintain it. This house has great energy. Everyone that has lived here has been very happy. You will be too.
