• Minimum stay: 1 month. Maximum 6 months( option to extend upon review) *The monthly rent includes all utilities and wifi connection (b) Weekly sheet change, (c)2x monthly cleaning of common spaces. * A one time non- refundable cleaning fee of $150 is payable on move- in *Tenants are responsible for keeping their rooms clean, and are required to clean up after themselves when using shared spaces. *Linens(sheets and towels) must be rotated weekly, and put in linen basket for collection. 2 sets of sheets will be provided to enable weekly rotation of sheets. *Smoking will only be allowed on the outside of the property! No smoking in rooms or shared spaces *Please be respectful of other occupants! This is a shared space. * We reserve the right to modify/ our house rules at our discretion( Tenants will be given written notice of such changes when possible. *Communication is key to proper understanding and harmony, so feel free to talk to us about any displeasure or suggestions you may have that can improve the quality of your stay with us. * We are committed to the comfort of our guests and will try to accommodate you whenever possible. *No overnight guests will be allowed! * NO excessive drinking! * There will be a moving "in" and moving out inspection done. *keys "MUST" be returned on moving out day or a replacement fee will be accessed and deducted from security deposit.
