    What's special

A Cozy mountain getaway for a couple or family who need a place to live, full time for spring, summer, foliage, hunting and ski seasons. Our Ski House is fully furnished with all the amenities you will need for your stay. A Great family room fully carpeted, surrounded by large picture windows looking out onto to the Belleayre Mountain Ski slopes. A wood burning stove to take out the evening chill, and provide heat all winter. Fully equipped kitchen area for cooking with a separate dining area. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One for you with your own bathroom. The second bed room is for guests or can serve as an office, with its own full-size bathroom. This bathroom has its own heat lamp to take the chill out in those early mornings. On the large deck is patio furniture for an afternoon BBQ or an evening of stargazing. Set up a tent right outside your door for a night of luxury camping. On those rare occasions, you can settle down with your favorite blanket and teddy bear and watch a movie or cable show. Miss Corona is under control and all the restrictions are lifted, our ski house is a great rent home to live in year-round. Great rental if you are into sports: hiking, biking, swimming, tubing, fishing, golf, tennis, soccer, baseball, horseback riding and any other sports I may have left out! Of course, skiing all winter as well. Great rental if you are into the arts, shopping, or concerts under the stars. Belleayre Mountain has Summer Music Festival of concerts every weekend. Great rental if you are into nature and the natural beauty and serenity of the Catskill Mountains. Great rental for being pampered at a day spa, antiquing, or spending a day at the local fitness center, with a pool. Flea markets, yard sales, auctions, barbecuing, stargazing, or just hanging out and doing nothing. It is only a 5-minute walk up to the Belleayre Mountain Summit Gondola for a ride to the top of the mountain for lunch. You can apt for a bike ride down. On those hot days a short walk to the Belleayre Beach may be in order. If you are not up for the walk, a Belleayre shuttle bus will take you there and back for just a buck. Need a day in the city?
