My roommate is Clara (39, she/her), a cozy homebody, knitter, baker, and PhD student who lives in a lovely 2BR/1BA in Jamaica Plain with her sweet and slightly spoiled dog, Mr. Darcy. Clara is looking for a new roommate with a move-in date between Oct 15 and Nov 1. Clara is quiet, friendly, and likes the home to feel cosy. She host the occasional dinner party, loves British crime shows, board games, and curling up with tea and a book. Mr. Darcy says one cat might be allowed (pending landlord approval), but please no dogs. Rent is $1385 plus utilities (internet is included!). I am happy to sell the furniture in my spacious room if you happen to need it!
