The property has county water, propane and satellite internet. Because the property is on solar, tenant would need to be somewhat mindful of power use. The home is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, octagon which allows for panoramic ocean views. The large custom windows in the dining area connect the interior with the outside. First bedroom has a queen bed with brand new organic mattress, second bedroom has two bunk beds, a kid's work desk and lots of storage.
