It's located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a two family home. The 2nd floor consists of a huge kitchen and living area, washer/dryer, large bedroom with walk-in closet, and full bath. The third floor has another massive bedroom, closet, full bath, and another bedroom/office setup. The bed in this room is a comfortable day bed sofa. There is a desk and some workout equipment in this room as well. We have parking for two cars and are a short walk to the commuter rail or bus to Boston. All utilities are included with rent and well behaved pets will be considered with an additional security deposit. The property is on a very quiet side street and bordered by beautiful walking trails. There is a great cafe and restaurant about 10 minutes on foot (at the train stop) and several playgrounds for kids even closer. Note: This is a FURNISHED rental. It's actually a four bedroom condo but we're blocking off one room for personal items. Available from April 1st, 2026 - July 1st, 2026 in 1-3 month increments. Three month maximum stay starting around 4/1/2026. Single months available but pricing may differ based on lease duration. Current rent is for three months starting 4/1/2026.
