This is our summer home, and is not used as an investment property. It is clean and maintained throughout the year. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dishwasher, washer/dryer/ a tv in each of the living rooms. The deck has a table and chairs as well as a gas grill. (unfortunately there is no backyard) Front yard is primarily used for parking. Would appreciate no more than 3 cars in the yard. Very short walk to the beach and York High School. Within driving distance to route 1 and down town (or walk down town). Fully furnished, Includes gas, electric, internet and landline phone. Rental is responsible for filling gas tank for grill as needed. We ask that rental does not smoke in the house. Please note this is a short term winter rental lease, available 10/1/24 through 5/20/25.
