This home has the best of both worlds with classic birch cabinets and stone fireplaces mixed with brand new water heater and furnace! Application is required for all adults 18+ that will be living in the home. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric is through MN Power and sewer, water & trash are through the city of Silver Bay. Lawn care is provided by a professional team. Snow removal is required and is the tenant's responsibility. We love pets! We allow cats and dogs with an additional non-refundable $300 security deposit and monthly pet rent of $75 per animal. We don't discriminate, but we may require you have renter's insurance if your dog is considered a 'viscous breed.' Unfortunately we're not able to accept Section 8 at this time. This home has a max occupancy of 6 people regardless of age.
