We only have a couple of flat lots to build on and the prices have gone up on these two lots. This lot requires a home of no less than 1700 square feet. This subdivision is a very "hidden secret in Searcy". It makes you feel like you live in the country (by a lake). But its only 3-5 minutes to schools, shopping, getting gas, going out to eat, etc. IF you own a lot in the subdivision, you have rights to fish in the lake. Otherwise, if you DON'T own a lot, you are prohibited from fishing!
