Kings Point is a premier country club development with a huge number of amenities, due to it's expansive size. We have 3 clubhouses, 2 Gyms, 8 pools included is a nadatorium with a resistance pool, lap pool and a hoya lift and 3 hot tubs/ jaccuzzi's. There are 2 GOLF courses- one is a par 3 course. 2 different sites for tennis courts, pickle ball and one bocci court. We have on site restaurants with great casual dining. And, our community provides free transportation/bus service around the community and to shopping every day. Basic cable is free. The auditorium holds about 3000 people for our great shows. This particular apartment is located steps away from bocci, tennis, pool, card room, and restaurant. This is a ground floor unit! The community requires tons of paperwork before renting. They also hold a damage fee, refundable upon departure. Landlord requirements are conditional to length of lease. This unit normally rents for $1250 per month on a 12 month lease where 1st & last and security are taken up front. Snowbirds call me for pricing (after 10 am EST) We are only permitted to rent once a year. So this figures in to my pricing calculation.
