    What's special

The building: The Denizen is a luxury rental building on the edge of East Williamsburg and West Bushwick. The multibillion dollar complex boasts superior design, architecture, art, and amenities you will not find anywhere else, including: a state of the art 2 story fitness center, rock climbing wall, boxing gym, yoga room, spinning room, movie theaters, bowling alley with a bar that can be rented, massive indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a cafe, business lounge, multiple shared living spaces and community rooms, rooftop organic garden which you can order fresh organic vegetables from delivered to your door, rooftop BBQs and mini golf, dog park, dog spa, children's play room, venues that can be rented for private parties, game room, brewery (you can learn to make your own beer here), wine cellar (you can have your own wine locker if you wish), the list goes on... Honestly, it's one of a kind, and the staff are incredible and the package room makes your life easier for deliveries and groceries knowing there's dedicated fridges, freezers, and also convenient dry cleaning drop off service. You're also walking distance from some of the coolest bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife in Bushwick. You can jump on the L at Morgan or the JMZ at Myrtle and it's a short 15-20 minutes to the city. It's a quiet and safe area and you're located next to a school and police station down the street. The roof in the summer makes you feel like you're on vacation with the cabanas, fire pits, cool neighbors, friends and family enjoying the BBQs with the white lights. Sometimes a DJ or live music. They even throw events and parties, wine nights, poker night, movie night, brewery classes. It's really a unique community. The apartment: You will love coming home to the stunning NYC skylines and sleep peacefully above a quiet street. Lots of light but also incredible blackout shades already installed so you can sleep in peace. This is a massive one bedroom, one bathroom, with lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer to make your life easier. The open floor plan and kitchen island makes the space incredible for entertaining. I've had 20 people here before and it didn't even seem crowded. There's speakers installed in the ceiling so you can wirelessly connect and entertain effortlessly. Everything is brand new, they literally just finished building the place right before I moved in a year ago. Very upscale and you are getting a high value for your money. Central air and heating. There's even an easel built into the kitchen if you like to paint you can totally set up. High ceilings. Big windows. Premium appliances and fixtures really create a luxury feeling for your beautiful home. My lease expires on May 31st but I am looking to move mid to end of March so that this apartment would be ready for move in April 1st for you. Let's talk about what makes sense for your timeline as well. I will introduce you right away to the management company as well so they can give you the full run down on how great life is at this building. It's honestly hard to leave it!! Also, open to reviewing if you would like to purchase any of the furniture for a low price if you like some of it. Less for me to have to move.
