The apartment: You will love coming home to the stunning NYC skylines and sleep peacefully above a quiet street. Lots of light but also incredible blackout shades already installed so you can sleep in peace. This is a massive one bedroom, one bathroom, with lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer to make your life easier. The open floor plan and kitchen island makes the space incredible for entertaining. I've had 20 people here before and it didn't even seem crowded. There's speakers installed in the ceiling so you can wirelessly connect and entertain effortlessly. Everything is brand new, they literally just finished building the place right before I moved in a year ago. Very upscale and you are getting a high value for your money. Central air and heating. There's even an easel built into the kitchen if you like to paint you can totally set up. High ceilings. Big windows. Premium appliances and fixtures really create a luxury feeling for your beautiful home. My lease expires on May 31st but I am looking to move mid to end of March so that this apartment would be ready for move in April 1st for you.
