We have available this beautiful home on an acre of land with spectacular views from the large back deck. It has fencing in place that can be used for pets. All 3 of the large bedrooms have walkin closets. The bathrooms have custom tile showers and vanities. There is Bamboo flooring throughout the home for easy maintenance. Vaulted ceilings give an even larger feel to the living room and dining room which also shows off the rock fireplace. The utilities are electric and propane with central heat and AC. There is a large shed for you to keep your treasures in right next to the large parking area. Pets are welcome if treated like a member of the family. There is no smoking or vaping on the property. Renter is responsible for the care of the yard and a garden area is possible if you want one. Parking for a trailer or the like is available on the land so long as it doesn't block the driveway
