This is a rental for one person. The apartment is located in the Glen Park neighborhood (or "Village," as locals call it) of San Francisco. Both Muni and the Glen Park BART station (SF's subway system) is a 3-minute walk. The Village is a foodie's paradise with great ethnic restaurants including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Mexican. Gialina serves some of the best thin crust pizza in San Francisco--hands down. We have a gourmet grocery store, coffee houses and our own beloved, local dive bar, Glen Park Station, serving since 1926. All open during these strange times of Covid. The apartment is attached to the main house and has a separate entrance. It has hard wood floors, a full tile bathroom and well-appointed full kitchen. The bedroom alcove contains a comfortable queen bed. The apartment is full of windows and gets a lot of direct sunlight. It also has a private bricked patio. The unit is in the back of the house facing the backyard (and an over zealous lemon tree that never stops producing.) The rent includes all utilities: gas, electric, water, garbage pick-up and internet/cable. A washer and dryer are on-site. Street parking is plentiful. Building a meth lab inside of the apartment. Deal breaker.
