Mountain Wood is a condo complex located just 2 blocks southwest of BYU Campus! These floorplans are the floorplans that are top floor, two-story apartments with the shared loft bedroom. Each of these condos has 2 private bedrooms, 1 shared bedroom, & 2 bathrooms for a total of 4 tenants. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and central air conditioning. There are two covered, reserved parking stalls per condo and then additional uncovered, blank parking stalls without unit #s that are available to all residents at the complex on a first come first served basis. There are uncovered parking stalls that belong to the townhomes on the east side of the complex that are labeled #135 & #137 - please do not park in those stalls unless you live in those condos.
