Leasing Process: 1) Submit completed application form 2) Schedule a tour - Fall in Love 3) Once you have toured, To move forward with an apartment application, Pay $50 application fee ( for criminal/credit background check) and submit documents, ID, Income Verification. 4) Once approved, Accept. The acceptance deposit must be paid to hold your apartment and schedule your Lease Signing date, schedule utility services. The earnest money applies to your move in money at lease signing. 5) Sign Lease. Pay balance of the Security Deposit and 1st, and last month Rent. Get keys! Move In. 6) Relax you are HOME! Apartments are first come first serve, with an approved application and acceptance deposit. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: All adults to be residing in the apartment must submit an application. All applications require birthday, and social security number, written proof of income, and picture ID. We will run a criminal and credit background check, and verify income and past residencies. $50 Application Fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT & APPROVAL IS BASED ON YOUR BACKGROUND ( rental history, credit, income) All approvals require a deposit to hold an apartment for 1 week until move in, Larger deposit required to hold an apartment longer, - THAT DEPOSIT TRANSFERS TOWARDS MOVE IN MONEY AT LEASE SIGNING. At move in, the remainder of the deposit, first and last month's rent is paid. Pet policy: NO pets allowed without an approval and you MUST have Pet Lease Addendum. Approved pet, One time $250 refundable pet deposit, $40 for pets under 40 lbs. $60 for pets over 40 lbs. per month fee, follow all local laws, follow property rules.
