The unit appears to have been remodeled in the last few years but during July, we will be remodeling the unit and installing additional upgrades. We just put in a Washer/dryer unit!! Installing microwave, double store fridge with ice maker. We are revamping the heating and cooling system. Remodeling the bathroom and ceilings. Large screen smart TV. Updating fixtures and facets, installing recessed lighting, and tossing the horrible tube lighting. We may be redoing the flooring, I won't know everything until I get in there on the 1st. But we are excited to make it a place we would want to live not just rent out. We are a private landlord and will not be using a management company. If that is a plus for you... your welcome. It will be available on August 1st. I could try and make it available sooner if needed. You will need to fill out a credit check it's online and check references. It's a nice place now but I would like to make it nicer.
