We are renting a bedroom in a 3-bedroom house. Tennant will have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom Shared with 1 other tenant and use of the rest of the house. The rent includes all utilities, tv apps, internet, large tv, a garage spot for vehicle, use of hot tub, fenced in back yard, walking trails, cabin. Our bedroom and the 2nd tennant bedroom is the only portion of the house not available for use. Tennant will have full access and will share kitchen, large pantry, laundry room, living room, large bathroom with seperate and garage. We will be traveling several months of the year and we keep to our bedroom when there. Tennant will have full access to hot tub and fenced in yard with patio. There is a cabin for camping and a pond area for camping or hunting. Tennant will be expected to maintain house and lawn when we are not there. There is a small area of garage that will be available for some storage but not furniture, etc. House is 20 minutes from Roanoke and 15 minutes from Rocky mount. Deposit required. No pets.
