It's located on a quiet street in the heart of Wallingford within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops of both Wallingford and Greenlake. There is easy access on and off I-5. The home located in a good school district and has worked well for both families and roommates. There is a basement for storage, off street parking for 1 car plus lots of on street parking.
