Walk to transportation within one block to Garfield Boulevard (55th street), and within minutes to Damen Avenue (to the east), and to Western Avenue (to the west). Plenty of excellent school choices, and parks. Straight shot to Hyde Park, University of Chicago, Midway Airport, etc. Within a very short distance: laundromat, currency exchange, gas stations, home depot, drug stores, etc. For application, you will need: 2) driver's license, 3) Sufficient income and proof of sufficient income/employment (we verify), 4) $45 application fee for credit, background, employment (per adult). 5) no bankruptcies/felonies/evictions/unpaid utility bills For move in: First month's rent.
