Our fully furnished ground floor studio has everything you need. A comfortable queen bed with an automatic headboard (It rises for those who want to use it as a couch) a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating and a table for working from home. We also have many accessibility features such as a roll-in handicapped accessible shower, sink and toilet with grab bars. We now have a dedicated disabled parking spot and a one hour (also disability friendly parking) zone directly in front of the unit. We are directly next to the laundry facility and every guest gets their own private keyed entry code to access common areas. There is also a lovely back yard for relaxing. If you smoke there is a dedicated smoking area in the back yard directly outside the fenced yard. We have a ductless heating and cooling system as well as cadet heating in the bathroom for your comfort. Fantastic Location! We are located at the corner of 30th and Killingsworth is home to award-winning restaurants and the awesome Extracto and the Jet Black coffee. Across the street sits Gabianno's. We're right down the street from art galleries, yoga studio, and public transit is right outside our door. We're walking distance to the University of Oregon's Portland campus. We're perfectly placed for all the good things in town! Come stay a while, you'll fall in love. Alberta Street- There is a glorious group of art galleries at 30th and Alberta where you can watch artists work their magic with clay and have a hand-made card designed just for you. The Alberta Rose Theater and Kennedy School are blocks away if you want to take in a show. If you're tired of eating out, New Seasons Market is three short blocks away. We're also two blocks from the vibrant Alberta Street. Get around Conveniently- We are steps to public transportation and two blocks to Alberta Street. If the mood strikes, grab an orange Biketown bike or cruise the neighborhood on an electric scooter. Uber, Lyft, and Trimet are always ready for you to hitch a ride as well. Parking- In Portland, those with disability parking receive special consideration. Vehicles can park at any metered space that is 1 hour or more for free and stay as long as you need. You must have Wheelchair User or Wounded Warrior placard (Wounded Warrior placard look like the standard Disability placard, but have a black bar under the expiration date with the "Oregon Wounded Warrior" in white text). We have one disabled parking space in front of our home and half a block away at 30th and Emerson are at least three 1 hour parking spaces that are frequently available. If the restaurants are at maximum capacity you may need to park around the corner on Emerson or 31st Ave. There is always free street parking, you may just have to travel a block to get to it. Great Shopping- Alberta street boasts many lovely boutiques, art galleries, and eateries, and we're right down the street from the Alberta Rose Theater. We are also 10 minutes from the airport and Cascade Station, an outdoor mall with many big box stores such as Target, Ikea, Banana Republic, DSW and many more. Portland is also home to Nike, Adidas, Danner, and Columbia. Additional Rules- All guests are responsible for following Rexall Condominium's tenant Rules. We will included these rules with all lease agreements. This is a beautiful, fully furnished studio at the vibrant hub of 30th and Killingsworth. All utilities and high speed internet are added as a flat fee in addition to your monthly rent. Laundry facilities on site also included in lease. Even though we live on a hopping street, our home is in a quiet condominium. The residents live and work on the premises and keep an eye out for one another. If you see a resident in the common areas, say hi! We think you will love living here. We will send you a copy of the Rexall Condominium rules and regulations before your stay. Signing and returning the document with your lease verifies you have read and will be responsible for all our rules. We look forward to meeting you! -Well behaved cats allowed, please bring a scratching post! -We are open to discussing dogs PLEASE NOTE, any dog in our building must be completely voice controlled. We cannot have dogs that bark in our studio. As always, pet damage is the responsibility of the pet owner. - Quiet hours are 6 pm to 8 am. - No smoking of any kind within 25 feet of any doors on the property. This includes all doors and windows within the condominium building. There is a lovely smoking section outside the back fence, equipped with chairs and a table. Simply walk through the laundry room, up the stairs, and through the gate. Also feel free to take a walk around the neighborhood. There's always something fun happening down the street!
