We have loved living in this townhome! We are relocating to a new city and need to sublet the townhome. It is a great place for a single family or students because it has three bedrooms with private bathrooms which allow for lots of storage! The management company is great to work with and is always quick to respond to maintenance issues. The home is a quick drive from Texas Tech Campus. Tenants who move in prior to September 1st, will not be charged rent for August. No deposit is required. The townhome is equipped with a stove/oven range, refrigerator, two-car garage, and washer/dryer hook ups. If you have a pet, I believe they are allowed but the property manager will require a pet deposit. There is a fenced in backyard. Renter pays eletric bill, free internet and cable, lawn care included
