Close to local bus line and airport. Great location for Flight staff. 2.5 baths and a full laundry room. Fully set up kitchen and a separate desk area as well as a work out area or second sitting room. Hunters delight. NO smoking NO pets, Utilities remain in owners name but RENTER PAYS them monthly gas electric water trash and owner will pay internet. A utility deposit will be required. Need lodging while you are waiting to buy we will work with you and your closing date. Come try a bed and save money on that hotel. Cleaning fee is 200.00 per room unless you leave it like you found it. Deposit can be in two payments over three months and will equal 3000.00 . THERE are no exceptions to the smoking rule and home will remain furnished as it is. I can make small exceptions for a couple of the rooms. The living room is large with vaulted ceilings and contains some trophy mounts which will remain. Prefer a rental through the school year.
