My wife and I currently rent a lovely 2BR/2BA unit at the Overlook at Lakemont luxury apartments. We have found the house of our dreams to move into, and we are seeking a qualified tenant to take over our lease instead of us breaking lease. The process of a lease takeover is very simple and can save you a lot of money, see information below. Unit will be available for move-in on November 1st. To schedule a viewing, please text the provided phone number or use the Craigslist email reply. About the Unit: The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is on the third floor so you get great light through the main windows, and it has ground level access from the rear of the building where you park (no stairs required to access). It has updated wood floors, carpet/paint, new appliances, quartz countertops throughout, under-cabinet light and more. There is also a granite fireplace, master walk-in closet, covered patio with outdoor storage, and in-unit washer/dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, yet is only 10 minutes from Downtown Bellevue/Issaquah and 20 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Monthly Rent is $2,033 base plus $10 HOA fee and $5 monthly processing fee. We currently have two covered parking spaces that add $60 each, but you can cancel those if you do not want them. Trash, Water and Sewer are billed through the apartment complex and total around $120 per month. Electricity is paid by tenant. Payment is due by the 3rd of the month. This unit will be available starting November 1st, and the Lease ends on June 16th, 2021. If you would like to negotiate a longer Lease length, that is possible through the Leasing Office. Benefits to a Lease Takeover: - You get a 9-month Lease for the rate of a full 12-month Lease agreement (about $200/mo savings). - You are entering an existing Lease Contract so you have the option at the end of it to renew and not have your rental rate go up. - You get an unbeatable rate, because we have renewed this Lease two years in a row using the above option! - No security deposit required, as our existing $700 security deposit remains with the Lease and is now yours. How a Lease Takeover works: - We will treat all applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis. - After viewing the unit, if you would like to proceed we will notify the Leasing Office with your name and contact information. - You will then need to formally submit a rental application through the Leasing Office's website (link below). There is a small application fee, and it will verify your credit report and rental history. - If your application is approved, we fill out a "Re-Letting Form" with the main office, which removes us from the lease and adds you.
