    Original guesthouse behind a duplex corner property. Unique 1+1+office, private guesthouse with private access and private patio. Shown by appointment only. Recently vacated, ready for move-in as soon as you select colors and we get it painted. I will try to be descriptive and if it sounds like home we can arrange a time for you to see it. I live in the front house, the guesthouse is original to the property and fully permitted. Built around 100 years ago, it has unique character still intact such as coved ceilings, chandeliers, dark hardwood floors and even a window in the walk-in closet. Bigger than a one bedroom but not actually a two bedroom; a very interesting and flexible floorplan. The living room can be the bedroom and vice versa. Most recent tenants were 2 roommates, each room is large for them to use each room as somewhat of a studio apt, they then just shared the bathroom, kitchen, patio, etc. Each room has a large closet, there are built-in cabinets in the hall. One of the rooms has a "bonus room" off the side, attached by a double door sized archway. This extra side room is usually used as an office or could be a nursery, if I had to guess I would estimate the size as roughly 8'x12'. Ish. Most recent tenant used it as a small bedroom. As this is a guesthouse there are no shared walls and there are windows everywhere a window could be placed. All windows are original wavy glass or leaded glass. Kitchen comes with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a microwave, if needed. Window style a/c in each room, wall style heater in each room. There is an attic. Large private patio with secure iron gate. Plentiful street permit parking. Perfect for a live-work type of situation. Beautiful walk neighborhood, close to so much. Lots of trees, very peaceful. Month to month rental agreement is fine. I'm looking for someone that wants a place they want to make home, if it doesn't feel like home I don't want to make you stay. Both cats and dogs are welcome. There's a laundry area. I'm fine with you choosing your own paint colors. There are so many options and unusual home-like details, I'm sure I'm forgetting things!
