The 4th bedroom is on the first floor so alternative uses might be another location for a formal dining area or office. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms with picture windows that give you that million-dollar view of Madison. Each bedroom has 2 closets plus multiple other closets on both floors. 2 car garage, that walks into the 1st floor plus stairs to the basement in the garage. The next-door neighbor has already paid to install a pier for the summer below his house. If you are interested in utilizing it, it's the resident's responsibility to pay to install/remove it each summer/fall. Owner is not looking to update as the house will be removed when they are ready to build but you can enjoy the house up to that date. Residents pay all utilities - gas, electric, and water/sewer charges, and you are responsible for lawn care, maintenance of the driveway/sidewalks, and trash. Laundry hookups are in the basement for your laundry if you have them. There is a set there if you don't have a set, but if they break, they will not be replaced.
