I got all the permits, all the blueprints, all the surveys; but, I’ve finally decided I’m not willing to deal with the property owners association my entire life. I’m not a rich man, so I can’t just up and buy another property. So, here I am. You can camp here April through November. However, the yearly P.O.A dues are $495. That does grant amenities like golf course access , private gym, lake access, docking ownerships etc. etc. The lot is partially excavated right now for the foundation, but it will be re-leveled and compacted before purchase is made.
