Easy access to St Pete Beach via the Sunrunner, which is 7 blocks away. Walk to John Hopkins, St. Anthony's and Bayfront. There is a front porch, backyard seating, washer/dryer, and a large, very well equipped kitchen. Office space has large monitor that will adopt to most laptops. The office has a twin bed that can fold out to a king in a pinch. There is a bike and a foldable kayak for use, and even a hammock that you can take down to the water and hang between two palm trees! I Currently have chickens on the property, and plan to take them to a friend while the house is rented. If you would like to have the chickens on the property while you are here, they can stay. The fresh eggs are nice. Designed for a short term stay of 1-3 months. Just move in! Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of sheets and towels, all utilities and house cleaning included. There is a dedicated parking spot but it is in a shared area, so it's not always easy to get to. Plenty of street parking.
