The kitchen is small, but outfitted with new appliances, countertops and cupboards that make it very efficient. I cook at least once a day and the size of the kitchen hasn't been an issue. There are two closets with plenty of storage space. Pets are welcome. The apartment also has access to a huge garden/patio area that is great for cookouts and get-togethers. Laundry is downstairs off the garden area. There is a charming beer shop with outdoor space next door, and coffee shops and flower stores on the same block. The neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. This would be a great place for a couple or single tenant.
