Back on the Market as financing fell thru!!!Really really a nice home, absolutely ready to move into. Owner is retired but was an area builder and had this as rental property. He got back in and went thru the home end to end to paint clean and repair as needed. You can't help but notice all the extra things he did when it was built, not normal at all in this price range. Note the hardwood floors in the dining area and the kitchen cabinets are custom made. Honestly, except for the time of year, I would not expect this home to be available for very long. It is a deal as it priced below market value.
