There is covered patio and al fresco dining area, lush gardens, a pool, hot tub, gazebo, loungers and chairs under the trees for enjoying nature. The lovely front yard is accented with up lighting in the evening. The home is only 5 miles from downtown Tucson and UofA. It is walking distance to TMC, and public transportation. There are numerous golf courses, museums, shopping, dinning, and entertainment all within minutes of the house, plus a short drive to the surrounding walking, biking, and recreational areas. Water and high speed internet are provided, gas and electricity are included up to $200 any overage will be added to the following month's rent. Pets are welcome upon approval and an additional $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Available November 20, 2024. This property is being offered as a fully furnished short term rental with a minimum term of 30 days up to 5 months. Rent includes water, pool maintenance, yard maintenance, and internet.
