One bedroom with a shared bathroom in our spacious 4 bedroom, three bathroom garden apartment near Mills has become available. There's a large shared living space LR/DR and kitchen dining area. The living room, dining room and kitchen dining area are furnished, but your bedroom is all yours to decorate and furnish as you like. The second bedroom (11.75' x 15.5') shares a large jack and jill bathroom (double sinks and a large storage area) with the other middle bedroom. It's located on a quiet little block with lots of families. Lots of light and birds chirping makes the place feel very serene and homey. Bills are split four ways across other tenants: gas, electric and internet. We don't have TV/cable service other than the high speed internet presently. A SOLAR roof offsets the majority of the electrical costs for the entire building - a large solar credit is applied to our electric bill. There are RING security cameras and motion triggered lighting systems installed on the front and back porches. There is a locked mailbox (shared by everyone in our apartment) as well as a package dropbox on the front porch - the dropbox is shared by the all three apartments in the building. The household is mellow, all professional adults. If you have a pet, please feel free to inquire. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Please be the same. The building's owner planted citrus and stone fruit trees in the front yard (pluots and peaches), collards, artichokes and flowering plants including roses and honeysuckles in the front yard. The back yard features avocado, guava and rose apple trees as well as edible greens. Pets are considered on a case by case basis and if approved, are allowed with an additional pet deposit of $250. There are already two cats and a dog living here, so your pets need to be friendly and able to live with other pets. There are two dogs and more cats that live upstairs.
