    Life in The Meadows neighborhood is just special. The park nearby is the hub for morning workouts, pickleball games, catch and release fishing, dog walking, and definitely lots of community at the kids playground area. Imagine coming home to this peaceful living space - it is big enough to easily hold a sectional while you gather to watch your favorite series with the family. I see a few corners to place a comfy chair for reading a good book by the lamp or window. This really cute 3/2/2 home has a quaint front courtyard area leading to the home's double front doors, but it did not photograph well in the rain so there will be more exterior photos this next week. Look for them or drive by! This 1700 sq ft home is ready for a new owner. The 3 bedrooms all have newer carpet while the living and dining areas have newer vinyl plank flooring and/or tile. The FP is gas starter & wood burning for those winter nights when life just needs to feel toasty. I love how the kitchen is close enough to hear the conversations, but not enough to see the dinner dishes until you are ready. Each bedroom has lots of closet space with the isolated primary having His/Hers closets and double sinks. The Kitchen cabinets have been updated and painted. The dishwasher and microwave are newer.
