Newly refurbished with new vinyl plank flooring in living room/hall, carpet in bedrooms 1 year old, fresh paint, and newer cabinets in bathrooms. New ceiling fans added to both bedrooms and lighting added in living room/hallway. Bathroom and kitchen flooring include tile. **2 assigned, off-street parking spaces are provided with the Condo, one located directly in front of the stairs leading to the condo, and the other across the parking lot (and visible from the condo). **Although a small dog is permitted, the HOA has very strict rules on the breed and behavior of dogs - all prospective tenants must bring their dog to the interview. 2 parking spaces are provided with the rental, and are located in front of the condo - off-street and assigned. Additional parking spaces can be rented through the HOA for $50/month. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, close to restaurants, shopping, the trolley, SDSU, and major freeways. Utilities are very affordable and responsibility of the tenants; the condo is fully electric - the monthly bill averages ~ $45-$50. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (not even outside) AND NO PETS OTHER THAN 1 SMALL DOG (ADA / service animals are the only exception).
