A 1 Year Lease Agreement is Required - $2,100.00 a month with $2,100.00 Security Deposit. If the tenant decides to terminate the lease early without reasonable cause, then their security deposit may be forfeited. If payment is not received on the designated due date written on the contract, then a 3-day notice will be issued and sent out to the tenant the following day. NO Subleasing is allowed. NO PETS will be allowed. Owner pays for trash and sewer. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, and water. Application fee is Nonrefundable: $40 per adult Fees will be applied towards a background and credit check of each applicant. If interested please schedule an appointment for viewing on either (Saturday or Sunday) Preferred. Weekday appointments can be scheduled in advance preferably evening time.
