The apartment faces north so you get consistent, bright-but-not-direct light all day. It's pretty modern in style and all-electric appliances: remote control a/c & heat units both up and downstairs, dishwasher, in-unit washer & dryer. The bedroom fits a queen bed and dresser and more if you have. The kitchen can fit a cafe table. I have a pretty large sectional downstairs in addition to a bookshelf and TV. The gym is pretty good, and the roof is chill.
