I have a downstairs bedroom for rent in my gorgeous renovated 1911 house in the Oxnard Historical District. The walk-in closet is just outside of the room. I also have a larger upstairs bedroom available for $1,275.00 with a huge closet. I am looking for one person only to rent the room. All utilities are included as well as wireless internet and I also provide a housekeeping service once a week. You have full use of all bathrooms. One even has a clawfoot tub. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you would need for cooking and entertaining. The closet is a small walk in closet which is located just outside the room. Everything in the kitchen is for your use including crystal stemware. The use of the washer and dryer is free and the machines are practically new. I also have lots of extra storage on the property which is also free. There is a backyard with patio furniture for your use. You will have your own designated dry goods space as well as refrigerator space. We have room for some more kitchen items if you would like to bring some of your own. I do not allow smoking or vaping in my home or anywhere on the property grounds. No guns are permitted. This room is for one person and no overnight guests are allowed for obvious reasons.
