This old girl has such great potential. She's right around the corner from all the great restaurants and stores of the Macklind Avenue like Russel's and Clementine's. She would be perfect for a complete remodel. There is a LOT of renovation activity in this area. Add a 2nd story to maximize your space! Updated the existing rear addition! Bring your ideas and make this old beauty shine again! Showings will start Friday February 4th at 4pm assuming the roads are passable. If roads are not cleared well enough, we will wait until the following weekend to show. Offers will be considered as they arrive. However please give sellers 24 hours to respond as this is an estate. Home to be sold in As-is condition. All inspections are for the buyer's informational purposes. Sellers will do no repairs.
