This unit has been well cared for and has long term tenants that pay on time every month. This 1/1 & 2/1 are a great income producer. 1/1 rent for 475 now on HUD he pays 143 and HUD pays balance the 3rd of every month. His rent will go to $500 starting October. he is a great tenant no issues. since 2012 2/1 has a lease until March 2017 at $600 a month.in second year Owner pays for lawn care. I must give 24 hour notice and evenings and weekends are best for showings.
