Laundromat is located at the end of the block a few houses down. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for light and gas bill. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Smoking outside is permitted as long as you throw your cigarette filters in some container. We want the best for our tenants so keep the outside clean for our other tenants as they would for you. Your parking space in the garage is just for parking. Violating the parking rule will terminate the parking agreement and your rent will lower by $20 and you will no longer have access to your garage parking space. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
