Full Security deposit is refundable if upon leaving the property the furnished inventory is complete and in good condition as when rented, minus normal/minor wear. If things are damaged but tenant repaired or replaced with approved like or better - no issue. If things are found missing or damaged so are in need replacing, these items will be repaired or replaced with those costs deducted from the deposit. Will determine final refund amount (full or minus extra cleaning, repair/replace costs) max 20 days after tenant's fully exit all of their belongings from the property.
