Just a few blocks from downtown Wailuku, right behind guava tree, and a stones throw from Tiffany's. It's calm, quiet, and convenient. Will consider pet on case by case basis with pet deposit. There are several animals on property and we need to ensure everyone can cohabitate. No smoking on property. Landlord pays for utilities, within reason. If there is a marked overconsumption, tenant will be liable. Home is currently furnished. However, it can be emptied if need be. Street parking unless you'd like to lease the garage space. Pets need to be picked up after immediately. No crazy parties. All adults staying more than 14 days must be on the lease. (Exceptions can be made with advance notice.) No drugs or anything nefarious. Obviously. We are very easy going. I do the maintenance myself. All we ask for is good communication, treat the space with love, be kind, and we can all be happy.
