i just bought this house, i am completely going right through it all new flooring carpet, sheetrock, electrical plumbing, roof, it should be completely done in about 8 weeks, its a half of duplex huge yard very nice niebors , i live across the street, im not sure what i am going to sell it for when its done proberbly around 35,000 and may consider owner financing email me for more info, also putting a new furnance and hotwater heater, the bedrooms are huge!!!!!
