We are looking for applicants with the following qualifications: 1. The ability to maintain the property in its current condition 2. Good references 3. Adequate income to support the rent payments 4. Average or above average credit 5. The desire and ability to be a good neighbor My family lives in this neighborhood and we work very hard to make it the best neighborhood it can be. This includes buying and restoring distressed properties up and down the block. We take as much time as required to find a tenant that will be a positive force in the neighborhood and who will respect our property, the neighborhood, and the work and time that we've invested. This is a fantastic location - less than a fifteen minute walk to Central Market, the Fulton Theater, galleries, and the fantastic bars/restaurants downtown. It's an even shorter walk to Southern Market. In addition, we are very attentive owners and respond immediately if there is ever a problem with one of our dwellings. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for each adult applicant. Sewer, water, and trash service are included in the rent. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. No pets allowed. Owner pays for sewer, water, and trash removal.
