Looking for someone to take over our lease that has 10 months left. We live in the Kinsley Forest Luxury Apartments in Kansas City MO, it is about a ten minute drive north from downtown. The apartment building is brand new and we are the first ones to have lived in this apartment. We have a fourth floor (top floor) apartment overlooking the impeccable pool, the clubhouse, the fire place, and the fun dog park. It is a 2 bed/1 bath apartment with a very open floor plan and a balcony where you can sit and relax. Rent is $1,089/month base (it s $110 less than their current asking price) with a $40/month rate for being on the top floor. We also have a garage that would be available if you wanted it. We have also paid the $500 pet fees so if you have a pet, you wouldn t have to pay that. Looking for someone to take over our lease
