This is a garden apartment, meaning it's below street level. My lease expires on May 1st, 2019. I have fully furnished the apartment and I plan to leave all of the furniture for you (except for a few small personal items that will fit in my suitcases). If you want the furniture, you can have all of it for $1000 Or Best Offer. The furniture includes a 3-seat recliner couch, a 3-seat couch, a 2 seat leather couch, a single-seater black leather recliner, a desk, 2 office chairs, a large table, a queen-size bed (with its spring box and frame), 1 high nightstand, 2 coffee tables, 2 small chests, 2 Ikea organizers with lots of drawers, closet organizers, a kitchen high wooden table with 2 high chairs and 2 high stools, iron and ironing table, some hangers, a 26 inch wheel bicycle with its attachments, a shopping cart, a space heater, and a full kitchen (including the microwave, a George Foreman grill, pots, dishes, silverware, etc...even dry food). I'll also be leaving any leftover cleaning supplies, detergent, etc... I can arrange for you to keep its current internet subscription as it'll need the antenna on the roof. The internet provider is not one of those large corporations and not "throttling" your internet access. It's fast enough for me (21 mbps) with unlimited download for only $40/month (after taxes), I studied online all the time with no issues. I will only consider you a serious taker if you sign a contract with my landlord and pay me for the furniture. Looking forward to hearing from you! There's also a required background check conducted by a third party for $35. No security deposit required. Heating, water, hot water are included in the rent.
