Home & Community Perks: - Parking: You will have 1 dedicated parking spot in our shared 2-car tandem garage. - Guest Parking: You will also receive 1 guest parking pass for the complex. - Laundry: In Unit - Community Amenities: Enjoy access to the shared living areas, a modern kitchen, and community BBQ grills on the property.
