Upon moving in .. 1. Enjoy the FREE Wi-Fi during your stay. The password is located on the TV stand. 2. A small supply of dish detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, trash bags, and toilet paper is provided for your use. 3. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are stored in the bathroom linen closet. 4. Kitchen Linens are in the cabinets and under the sink in the kitchen. 5. Please be considerate of the neighbors with noise levels. 6. Parties and large social gatherings are prohibited on the premises. A small gathering must comply with the same standards that our residents are held to. 7. Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind. 8. We do not have a garbage disposal. Be careful not to wash food that remains down the drain. Please throw any food scraps into the trash can. Garbage service is provided. Garbage can is located at the end of the driveway and is picked up weekly. 9. A broom/dustpan/mop is located in the laundry area along with some general cleaning supplies. 10. Please, no pets inside or outside. A violation of this rule will result in loss of damage deposit, and rental contract with payments and deposits will not be returned. 11. Please, no smoking inside the property. Also, please don't leave cigarette butts on or around the outside of the property. Guests can only smoke outdoors. Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in loss of the security deposit and the rental contract, tenants will be asked to leave, and any payments or deposits will not be returned. 12. Please don't rearrange furniture inside the house or hang stuff on the wall. Feel free to move the outside porch furniture to make yourself comfortable while enjoying the outdoors. 13. Please maintain a clean atmosphere around the property and inside. 14. You'll find all the electrical appliances you need for a comfortable stay at our home. Please use them responsibly and ask other members of your party to do the same. Please only use the washer/dryer during daytime hours between 7 am and 10 pm. This will help reduce disruption to neighboring properties to a minimum. Please do not overload the washer/dryer. Please clean the lint out of the dryer. 15. We provide a single serve coffee maker. 16. We provide dishes, pots, pans, pizza pans, baking dishes, bowls, mugs, glasses, utensils, and storage containers in the kitchen. 17. Please make sure you switch off lights or any other small electrical appliances when you go out. In the unlikely case of a power outage, please call us before touching the control panel. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, water, or telephone service. 18. We have parking space on our property for up to two vehicles. There is also the possibility for additional cars to park along our quiet, residential street, provided they do not block any neighbors' property access. Please, no parking in the grass. 19. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a trash bin for this in the bathroom. 20. Any time guests leave the rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 21. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and rental cleaning. 22. Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained inside the house are not covered by our rental insurance.
