HUGE house in upper Lawrenceville. Brand new carpet on 2nd and 3rd floor. Fresh paint almost everywhere. Full and finished attic would be perfect for a home office or art studio. Very walkable area. Close to numerous bus routes. This house is not perfect, but it is clean, spacious, has high efficiency forced air heat, two sets of laundry facilities, two bathrooms, and two kitchens. However, the floors aren't perfectly level, the walls aren't perfectly smooth, the countertops aren't marble, and it lacks central air conditioning. Previous tenants left one window AC unit in the attic you are welcome to use or upgrade. I would recommend getting a couple small window units for the bedrooms although I've had previous tenants that went without. First floor stays surprisingly cool in the summer. Please note that water is included in the rent. Tenant pays gas and electric. The price reflects both the good and the bad. I don't want to deny my tenants the joys of having a pet. However, I have had some very bad experiences with not-so-good pet owners in the past. Because of this, there is an additional $500 pet deposit.
